“Wonderer, worshipper, lover of leaving.
It doesn't matter.
Ours is not a caravan of despair.
Come, even if you have broken your vow
a thousand times
Come, yet again, come, come."

Dear Embodied Hearts and Dancing Souls,
Yesterday’s solar eclipse was an astrogical and astronomical milestone. Today is a personal one. Dance Chapel is ON tonight (see link on second page).
The News. After 4 years of serving as a weekly Dance Chaplain for Hidden Monastery, I have decided to step down. Today is the last night we gather until some unknown future.
This is tough, peeps. It really is. The reality fills me with sweet sorrow. For those who never got a taste of Tuesday Night Dance Chapel, we held a precious group vibe. Week after week, year after year, the invitation was always to Come As You Are.
We moved and witnessed each other simply being with the experience we were having. Can you imagine such a rarified space?
Water from the Trough. Turns out, when we can be with another authentically. we tap into an existing wholeness. This was the ineffable we witnessed and honored in each other. It showed up as light in someone’s eyes, in the span, pace and shape of their movements, in the frequency of their voice, and on their face. Implicitly, quietly, we understood the ineffable as the other’s Presence.
I bow to each of the heart-centered warriors who stepped into Tuesday Night Dance Chapel. Everyone came to simply have and be more of themselves. To form a more Whole-er Whole. Who knew this was even possible?
Like this we watched each other unfold into our next greatest expression of ourselves. We came with ALOT. Anger, pain, grief, frustration, wonder, and more. And we unfolded, unfolded, unfolded.
I will miss this the most: the embodied hearts and dancing souls who graced Tuesday Night Dance Chapel (and Friday’s before that) with their presence. I will miss drinking from our communal light-filled source of water. We filled each other up.
Timing. While I will dearly miss our restorative weekly practice, I am taking the acculumated life-force energy into a bigger vision and desire. I hold onto my weekly contemplative and writing rituals but am letting go of the life force it takes to prepare for Chapel weekly.
The vision has to do with Resourcing people in their bodies—because truly, Humaning is harder than Adulting. There are courses to be stood up, relationships to nourish, and agreements to forge.
This community, and the sweet friendships that were forged, has become my new floor. Alone no longer, I get to count supporters, friends, and a few allies. Let’s continue to unfold and uplift Humanity together.
With so much Love for you, your journey and your unfolding.
Stay #heartwoke.
