Life Story, Tennessee Williams
Dear Embodied Hearts and Dancing Souls,
As we spill forth into the New Year, I simply want to soften, savor and listen.
Remember. On my walk, the light streams into my body from all directions and I soak.it.in.
Upon waking, I call in the light to my mind’s eye and let that stream into every nook and cranny.
I want to remind you that every day unfolds The Story of You. There is a story deep inside each one of us, and each day it unfolds another page.
I want to remind you that You are Not Alone in the living of this life. This life was never about the holes you feel you need to fill. Or the places you hide in and want to leave. The Story of You is a deeper unfolding that nudges you towards the Light of your true Self.
Shhhhh. It’s this funny little secret. It’s an inside job. But boy does it make this Living lighter, and easier, and more fun.

Light. I find I really want to remind you of the Light you are in the first place. How this light lives in the center of your heart. How each of us can draw on this light. How this light loves our dreams and desires and draws inspiration from them. How our bodies can take this invisibility of our desires and Etch them into the real world canvas of this 3D reality we call life.
When you can breathe into the Light of You, which is the True you, and when you are willing to Move in the world from This Center, your teachers, your resources, your heart stream all come flowing towards you. (Disclaimer: I have lived this at one level, but not at other “bigger” ones. Ready to live it at a whole other level this year.)
All if Well. I saw this beautiful quote by Bryon Katie during the holidays last week.
Your job is unconditional love.
The world’s job is to push your buttons.
This is the beautiful practice of this Life. With practice, the buttons feel gentler. It is more interesting to lean into your own Spark rather than react to world’s buttons. And the holiday season is the perfect Petri dish to practice this. Lol.
With so much Love for you, your journey and your unfolding.
