Dear Embodied Hearts and Dancing Souls,
Todays letter is a reminder of who you really are. No Dance Chapel tonight.
Swirls of Light. Some sacred moments defy words. A dance chapel sister lost someone dear. As we moved, and witnessed and listened, we felt something sweet in our hearts. Our sister shared her wisdom, her experience of the relationship changing, not as lost. I felt an image of swirling light. Swirls of light that we are in our bodies, and the swirls of light we are outside our bodies. There is joy in this dance. It brings to mind this song, Reflecting Light.
This occurs the same week I am finishing a book about a fictional death. In it a young woman dies filled with the current that powers Grand Central Station. The current lays dormant in her disappeared body. Every year, on the one day of Manhattan Solstice, the sun seeps through the arched window at just the right angle to land on the spot where she died. It warms her body back into materializing. Its the same feeling. Light living her.
And here is a piece of scientific evidence about light producing matter.
Languages. Part of what moves through me in profound moments is simply me experiencing a language that is below the level of words. I first discovered this with movement (through InterPlay), then with sound and voice, and now with light. As these energies stream, billow, or simlply occur through me, I am moved by a wisdom, a love, a frequency that is beyond this 3-D experience. The languages they speak let us know we are more than 3-D beings. That we are just as much a part of other dimensions of reality that exist. How cool are you that you can have this too?
Follow your BodyLight. These days, when I feel lit up, I feel it clearly in my body. It starts (likely from my heart) on the the left side of my chest and expands outward from there. This is how I am following my bread crumbs right now.
With so much Love for you, your journey and your unfolding.
Stay #heartwoke.
Monisha
