Accelerated Times. I don’t think its a coincidence that this first month of the year, I am being reminded how powerful it was to have a regular playdate practice when preparing for Dance Chapel. Have you noticed that there is just a little too much going on? I think in these times we have to tend to our Center and let that lead us more and more. When we move from our Center, we follow the energy that is alive in us. We don’t over-do our energy, but follow its wave like function. We do this naturally when we Play.
You know that my personal commitment is to unfolding with my life. In the back of my Body Spirit I am always wondering, How is this For Me? Right now I am also involved in Ancestral Lineage Healing (with Andrea Hylen) where I connect with my well ancestors in each line. The last time I was awakened to the realization of how perfect the placement of our birth is in place and time. That is, we are born into a particular family, in a particular place in that family, and into a particular time and place in the Earth’s history. I felt the promise and abundance of this perfection. That is what I hope I capture in this meditation so you can experience the abundant promise and perfection of your Placement.
